About The Class: Foundation Hum
All skill levels are welcome at this beginner class—called the Foundation Hum—which includes breath work, foundational movement, and meditation. The space is heated to 80 degrees F (26.6 degrees C) and centered around a unique “hum” soundscape to enhance relaxation and focus. The session will conclude with a soothing sound bath. If you have never visited Humming Puppy before, you are in for a treat! Read up on their first-timers guide to get a better sense of what your first visit will be like.
The Studio’s Aussie Roots
Jackie Alexander co-founded Humming Puppy in Melbourne. In this interview with AWNY, she shares the profound impact yoga had on her, leading to her brave and bold move to establish Humming Puppy in Melbourne and Sydney, Manhattan and most recently opening a studio in Montvale, New Jersey.

About the Humming Puppy studio and shala
Humming Puppy is an architecturally uplifting, superbly aesthetically pleasing, positive energy space that is designed to allow you to come in light (they take care of all the equipment) and leave feeling even better.
More than a yoga studio, it looks and feels like a wellness center. The studio actually resonates, or hums with two different frequencies – one in line with nature, the other in line with the Gamma brainwave state. In short, the studio is thoughtfully and intentionally designed for you to be immersed in positive vibes and feel good.

We hope to see you there, but if you can’t make it, don’t miss our next event!
