On July 22, AWNY members and friends had the pleasure of hosting Owen Beddall at the Manhattan Cricket Club to celebrate the global launch of his tell-all book, an expose on the celebrity encounters and misadventures from a glamourous flying career.
Guests sipped cocktails in the intimate club setting and listened to Owen read an except of his memoir, “Confessions of a Qantas Flight Attendant – True Tales and Gossip from the Galley,” with the chance to later meet the author and receive signed copies of the book to take home.
