Join Big World of Little Dude and The Happinest NYC for a relaxing morning of meditation for children and caregivers.
Big World of Little Dude is an educational platform teaching children social and emotional skills and is launching a new book, Brain Vacation: A Guide to Meditation. Children will engage in a reading of the book, lead by author Cara Zelas, learn breathing techniques and enjoy a puppet show, singing included!
The Happinest NYC is a brand new meditation studio for children, recently opened by Charlotte Gibson. Charlotte will lead a child-friendly meditation. You will leave with emotional regulation tips for your parenting tool-box and float into a relaxing Sunday.
All children ages 3 – 7 and their caregivers are welcome.

Big World of Little Dude, is an educational platform teaching children social and emotional skills. The five core themes are: Kindness, Friendship, Meditation, Empathy and Courage. The learning happens through a book series, which can be read at home or in the classroom, and via a unique curriculum which includes dynamic lessons focused on literacy, music, puppetry and hands-on activities to reinforce the themes. Sydney-born author and educator, Cara Zelas is the founder of Big World of Little Dude.

The Happinest NYC
The Happinest NYC is a meditation studio for children in Williamsburg offering daily scheduled classes for the whole family, as well as workshops of all kinds, parties, book clubs, movie nights and more. Australian woman in New York, Charlotte Gibson opened The Happinest NYC to induce calm, clarity and connection in the ever demanding society that we live in.
