We did it! And what a fantastic turnout of women for our biggest Meet & Greet at The Australian NYC. At our “speed-dating” style event, 40 women gathered in a great new location for AWNY. We secured the upper level of the bar at popular midtown restaurant, The Australian NYC, for our private gathering of women from Australia, New Zealand and America.
The structured event, hosted by the AWNY New Members Team, was a resounding success. We got to meet many different women during our 2 hour window of spontaneous opportunities. If the noise level was any indication of how the evening went, this was a good test of the great vibe experienced during the night. It was a fun filled time where stories were shared and connections were made in a new way!
Thank you to AWNY committee members (Allison, Hayley & BJ) who joined and supported us, the New Members Team (Dawn, Laura & Susie) during this evening. It was an evening of rich diversity of life experienced in New York City.
