In celebration of International Women’s Day, please join us for an intimate fireside chat exploring women’s journeys to New York — the courage to start over, the shaping of identity, and the experience of building a life far from where it began.
On March 6, AWNY will host a special evening with Jenny Jing Zhu, entrepreneur, author, and global business leader, whose story spans continents and cultures. Jenny’s path to New York offers a thoughtful and deeply personal look at reinvention, ambition, and belonging.
The evening will open with brief remarks, followed by a 20-minute film screening of Dreamweaver, sharing Jenny’s story. Jenny will then sit down for a fireside conversation with a long-time Australian living in New York, bringing a distinctly Australian perspective to a shared experience many women recognize — arriving in a new city, navigating change, and creating a sense of home.
The conversation will be followed by audience Q&A and time to connect.
