Nicole’s story captures the Australia–USA connection in a very real way. A New Yorker who moved to Australia and started over as a single mom, she built Glasshouse Fragrances from her kitchen — creating what became the Southern Hemisphere’s leading fragrance brand. The business now spans more than ten countries and has recently launched in the U.S.
Her approach to leadership is practical and resilient – evolve, solve the problem in front of you, and keep moving . It’s a founder story about grit, taste, and scaling with intention.
