Getting involved in the performing arts is also a wonderful way for expat kids to connect and belong. Singing, acting, and dancing together helps children make friends, express themselves, and feel confident in who they are — all while having an absolute blast. It’s joyful, energizing, and incredibly empowering.
That’s why AWNY is excited to partner with Broadway Rise to offer an exclusive experience just for Australian and New Zealand kids. Join AWNY & Broadway Rise, NYC’s vibrant performing arts program for young performers, for an exclusive AWNY 90-minute Broadway workshop!
Kids will sing, act, and dance their way through a high-energy Broadway-style class taught by professional teaching artists in one of New York’s top rehearsal studios. Each group will rotate through acting, vocal, and movement sessions, finishing with a fun in-studio presentation for parents to enjoy at pickup.
It’s a fantastic chance for kids to tap into Broadway magic, build skills, and shine.
This exclusive 90-minute workshop will include two age groups:
- 4-6 year olds
- 7-10 year olds
Tickets are $30 per child (a special AWNY subsidized rate!).
