Kaylie is a results focused marketing executive with 25 years’ experience delivering multi-channel customer acquisition strategies and programs. Her areas of expertise include: raising brand awareness and engagement; strengthening thought leadership strategies; and generating demand to build sales pipeline and drive growth.

Kaylie arrived in New York from Australia in September 2007 with no job, no contacts, no work visa, and a generalist resume packed with B2C experience. She quickly learned how remarket herself to meet the requirements of prospective US employers and landed her first job (and E-3 visa) in early 2008 with the Economist Intelligence Unit – a B2B organization. The great recession put an unexpected end to this first role in the US, but with a year of work experience under her belt, Kaylie was able to navigate the candidate journey second time around with more first-hand knowledge of the US work environment. The next big challenge a few years on was figuring out how to right-size her salary after working at a not-for-profit organization.

A series of E-3 visas eventually ended with a win in the green card diversity lottery and today Kaylie is an American citizen working at creative production company, Tag, as Head of Marketing for the Americas.
